Holdco Issuance has the meaning given to that term in Clause 13.1(a) (Partial discharge of claims against the Deed Company);
Holdco Issuance has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b)(i).

  • Issuance means the date of mailing of a decision or order or date of delivery if service is by other means unless another date is specified in the order.
