Holdings Group definition

Holdings Group means Holdings and its Subsidiaries (other than the Partnership and its Subsidiaries and Global Opco and its Subsidiaries).

Holdings Group means Holdings GP and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity, but excluding the MLP and its Subsidiaries.

Holdings Group means the Affiliated Group, or similar group of entities as defined under corresponding provisions of the laws of other jurisdictions, of which Holdings will be the common parent corporation immediately after the Distribution and including any corporation or other entity which may become a member of such group from time to time.

Holdings Group means, collectively, Holdings and the Subsidiaries, including BSQ Acqco, BSQ Newco, Hechinger, Hechinger Stores and the Borrower.

Holdings Group means the group of corporations that immediately after the Distribution Date are members of the affiliated group of corporations of which Holdings is the common parent (within the meaning of section 1504(a) of the Code).

Holdings Group means Holdings and all corporations includible in the Holdings Affiliated Group other than members of the Acquisition Group. If there is no other corporation part of the Affiliated Group of which Holdings is the common parent (excluding any member of the Acquisition Group for this purpose), then the "Holdings Group" shall mean Holdings.

Holdings Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals to this Agreement.

Holdings Group means, collectively, Holdings and the Subsidiaries, including the Borrower.
