Holiday Premium Rate definition
Holiday Premium Rate means one-half (1/2) times the employee's regular rate of pay.
Holiday Premium Rate. All employees working on Holidays as designated in this agreement, must be paid at double their regular straight time rate of pay in addition to their regular holiday pay.
Examples of Holiday Premium Rate in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, compensation related sick time, vacation, or any compensated absence shall be calculated on the ordinary wage schedule and not the Holiday Premium Rate.
All employees regardless of probationary status will receive Holiday Premium Rate.
All work performed on a Holiday shall be paid at the applicable Worked Holiday Premium Rate set out in Appendix A.
