Home Contents definition

Home Contents means all the Insured Person’s furniture, furnishings, home appliances, household and personal effects including household appliances hired to the Insured Person or the Insured Person’s family members.
Home Contents means any household effects, appliances, decorations, furniture, fixtures and fittings and any personal belongings including jewelry and money owned by You and contained in the premises of Your Home in Singapore.
Home Contents means household furniture and furnishing, clothing and personal effects belonging to the Person Covered or to the Person Covered’s Family or domestic servants permanently residing with the Person Covered and fixtures and fittings that the Person Covered owns (or for which the Person Covered is responsible) not being landlord’s fixtures and fittings excluding jewellery, gem stones, deeds, bonds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, travellers’ cheques, securities for money, documents of any kind, cash or currency notes.

  • The maximum We will pay for Home Contents is the Sum Insured shown in the Policy Schedule for Home Contents Cover.

  • As soon as any physical loss or damage occurs to Your Home Building or Home Contents due to an Insured Event, You must immediately give notice to Us of the loss or damage.

  • Our promise to pay is conditional upon the truth of these statements and on the assumption that You, or anyone on Your behalf, has not withheld any material information about Yourself, Your family, Your Home Building and Home Contents.

  • If You choose to have a higher Sum Insured for Home Contents, You have to declare the Sum Insured in the Proposal Form and pay additional premium.

  • We have agreed to give You insurance cover entirely on the basis of the information You, or anyone on Your behalf, have given Us in the proposal, statements and other declarations and documents (in writing or electronic) about Yourself, Your family, Your Home Building and Home Contents.

Home Contents means household furniture and furnishing, clothing and personal effects belonging to the Insured Person or his/her Family or domestic servants permanently residing with the Insured Person and fixtures and fittings Insured Person owns (or for which the Insured Person is responsible) not being landlord’s fixtures and fittings excluding jewellery, gem stones, deeds, bonds, bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, travellers cheques, securities for money, documents of any kind, cash, currency notes.
Home Contents means any moveable household item belonging to You or any member of Your Household except for the following:
Home Contents means all household goods and personal effects at Insured Person home in Malaysia which belong to you or your family, or for which you or your family are legally responsible, including furniture and furnishings, carpets whether fixed or unfixed, children’s motor or trail bikes, garden equipment or motorized wheelchairs if they are not registered as motor vehicles. If you are a tenant, your own fixtures and fittings for which you are legally liable.
Home Contents means all the Insured Person’s furniture, furnishings, home appliances, household and personal effects including household appliances hired to the Insured Person or the Insured Person’s familymembers.
Home Contents means all Valuable Property, furniture, fittings, home appliances, household belongings including household appliances hired by You or Your Family in Your Home, and Personal Belongings.
