Home Loan File. As to each Home Loan, the Indenture Trustee's Home Loan File and the Servicer's Home Loan File.

  • The Debt Instrument and the Mortgage contain the entire agreement between the related Obligor and the lender and all obligations of the lender under the related Home Loan, and no other agreement defines, modifies, or expands the obligations of the lender under the Home Loan, except for any assumptions or modifications included in the Indenture Trustee's Home Loan File pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v) or referred to in Section 3.03(m).

  • Neither the Indenture Trustee nor the Custodian shall be under any duty or obligation to make an independent examination of any documents contained in each Indenture Trustee's Home Loan File beyond the review listed herein.
