Home Loan Pool. The pool of Home Loans conveyed to the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement on the Closing Date, together with the payments thereon and proceeds therefrom received after the applicable Cut-Off Date, as identified on the Home Loan Schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
