Home/Residence means the Insured Person(s) permanent residential address in Malaysia
Home/Residence means the primary residence of an individual who is restricted by a disabling physical or mental condition. “Home residence” does not include a health facility, as defined in Section 1250 of the Health and Safety Code, or a community care facility, as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 1502 of the Health and Safety Code, but does include an individual condominium unit, apartment, single-family home, cooperative unit, mobilehome, or trailer, if it is used as a residence.
Home/Residence effective January 1, 2010, means a residence owned or rented by the recipient either alone, with roommates of the recipient's choosing, or with an unpaid responsible party or legal representative; or a family foster home where the license holder lives with the recipient and is not paid to provide home care services for the recipient except as allowed under sections 256B.0652, subdivision 10, and 256B.0654, subdivision 4.
