Homeless individuals means individuals who:
Homeless individuals means homeless individuals with low and medium level living needs who are occupying hostel accommodation or who are rough sleeping; Homes England’s Representative means such person or persons as Homes England may nominate to act as its representative from time to time for the purposes of this Agreement;
Homeless individuals means: (1) an individual who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence; and (2) an individual who has a primary nighttime residence that is: (i) a supervised publicly or privately operated shelter or dwelling designed to provide temporary living accommodations; (ii) an institution that provides a temporary residence for individuals intended to be institutionalized; or (iii) a public or private place not designed for, or ordinarily used as, a regular sleeping accommodation for humans. See Minnesota Statues, section 116L.361, subdivision 5. A Homeless Individual does not include any individual imprisoned or otherwise detained under federal or state law.
