Honorary Directors definition

Honorary Directors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

Examples of Honorary Directors in a sentence

  • Honorary Directors shall be appointed for terms that expire at the first meeting of the Board of Directors following each annual meeting of stockholders.

  • The Board of Directors may designate from among its shareholders Honorary Directors who will serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.

  • Honorary Directors may, in the discretion of the Board of Directors be appointed for additional terms.

  • The Board of Directors shall have the right to appoint, at its discretion, a maximum of fifteen (15) Honorary Directors.
