Maintenance Margin means the minimum amount of money required in your Trading Account as specified on the Trading Platform in order to keep a Transaction open on the Trading Platform.

Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.
GAC20 means granular activated carbon filter beds with an empty-bed contact time of 20 minutes based on average daily flow and a carbon reactivation frequency of every 240 days.
Intercollegiate sport means a sport played at the collegiate level for which eligibility requirements for participation by a student athlete are established by a national association for the promotion or regulation of collegiate athletics.

Distribution Margin means the DPO’s share of revenue for the Distribution of Subscribed Channels to Subscribers and it does not include Carriage Fee. It will be calculated as twenty percent (20%) of the MRP of the Subscribed Channel(s), multiplied by the Monthly Average Subscriber Level.
PPPFA means the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000.
Group III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.
Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.
Law 11/2015 means Law 11/2015 of 18 June, on recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms (Ley 11/2015, de 18 de junio, de recuperación y resolución de entidades de crédito y empresas de servicios de inversión) as amended or replaced from time to time.
Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
