Host Railroad definition

Host Railroad. National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK).
Host Railroad means any railroad over which intercity passenger trains operate.
Host Railroad means the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), or any successor(s), that is responsible for compliance with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations with exclusive control of railroad operations.

Host Railroad means any railroad, or any State or State entity, with which Amtrak has entered an agreement pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 24308(a)(1) or section 402(a) of RPSA providing for use by Amtrak of facilities of, or provision to Amtrak of services by, such railroad, State, or State entity.
