Hosted Services definition

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

Hosted Services means certain other services hosted by Vocera and/or its designee to which you and certain affiliates will be provided electronic access over the Internet for use in conjunction with the Software. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 2.

Examples of Hosted Services in a sentence

• During the Transition Period, the Hosted Services and JBE Data access shall continue to be made available without alteration.

• Depending on the Product licensed to you, this XXXX may contain additional data collection terms in section 3 (Product Family Specific Terms) or section 4 (Product Specific Terms) and/or, if we are hosting the Product, in section 2.B (Terms for Hosted Services).

• Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

• However, you understand that use of the Hosted Services necessarily involves transmission of Your Data over networks that are not owned, operated or controlled by us, and we are not responsible for any of Your Data lost, altered, intercepted or stored across such networks.

• Maintenance, if ordered (or if included in Lease, Cloud or Hosted Services), is provided under the policies set forth in the Maintenance Program Guide in effect at the time Maintenance services are provided.

More Definitions of Hosted Services

Hosted Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the Software and other services for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users as described in one or more written, sequentially numbered, statements of work referencing this Contract, including all Specifications set forth in such statements of work, which, upon their execution will be attached as Schedule A to this Contract and by this reference are incorporated in and made a part of this Contract.
