Hosted Services System definition

Hosted Services System means with respect to Hosted Reservation Services, Hosted Revenue Management Services, Hosted Web Services, and/or Hosted Revenue Accounting Services, the hardware and software used by NAVITAIRE as part of the Services as well as in each case any user documentation associated therewith (including Configurable Templates and any associated API(s)).
Hosted Services System means at any time, with respect to Hosted Reservation Services, the hardware and software then or theretofore used from time to time by NAVITAIRE to provide such Services (including the Configurable Templates and any associated APIs or source code), and means with respect to Hosted Revenue Management Services, the hardware and software then or theretofore used by NAVITAIRE to provide such Services, and means with respect to Hosted Web Services, the hardware and software then or theretofore used by NAVITAIRE to provide such Services, means with respect to Hosted Revenue Accounting Services, the hardware and software then or theretofore used by NAVITAIRE to provide such Services, means with respect to Hosted Operations Management Services, the hardware and software then or theretofore used by NAVITAIRE to provide such Services, and means with respect to Hosted Operations Recovery Services, the hardware and software then or theretofore used by NAVITAIRE to provide such Services as well as in each case any user or other documentation associated therewith.

Examples of Hosted Services System in a sentence

  • Medium Supports all required Hosted Services System operations; the request is required eventually but could wait until a later release if necessary.

  • Nothing in this Section 7.3.1: (i) releases NAVITAIRE from providing Hosted Services under the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or (ii) obligates NAVITAIRE to upgrade or replace the Hosted Services System at any time.

  • The Change Control process effectively plans and facilitates changes to the Hosted Services System, including ownership for mitigating problems that may occur with a change to minimize any associated downtime.

  • During the implementation of Hosted Reservation Services and before production use of such services, NAVITAIRE will assist in the assessment of the compatibility of third party hardware and software with the Hosted Services System.

  • Customer shall be responsible for all telecommunication dedicated, dial-up, or wireless circuits used by Customer in connection with the transmission of data between the Hosted Services System and the Customer’s site(s), as stated in Section 4.9 of this Agreement.

  • Client personal computers, workstations, or other Customer devices connected to the Hosted Services System are the responsibility of the Customer and must meet the minimum specifications as required by NAVITAIRE.

  • Interrupted Service minutes will be measured and used to determine the percentage of monthly Hosted Services System availability.

  • NAVITAIRE will conduct a Strategic Business Review to gather information on Customer’s desired use of the Hosted Reservation Services and outline functional capabilities of the Hosted Services System.

Related to Hosted Services System

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Hosted Service means a technology service hosted by or on behalf of Graylog and provided to Customer and governed by “Hosted Service Terms”

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • X-ray system means an assemblage of components for the controlled production of x-rays. It includes minimally an x-ray high-voltage generator, an x-ray control, a tube housing assembly, a beam-limiting device, and the necessary supporting structures. Additional components which function with the system are considered integral parts of the system.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property.

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within the Service by Data Controller, its Agents and End-Users in connection with Data Controller’s use of such Service, including, without limitation, Personal Data.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
