Hosting and Support Services definition

Hosting and Support Services means the hosting, implementation, maintenance, support, construction, testing, installation and initial implementation services that Orbitz has agreed hereunder to provide to AA, either directly or though Subcontractors, pursuant to this Agreement, including Article 5 and Exhibit D.

Examples of Hosting and Support Services in a sentence

  • The Customer grants to Cardinus the non-exclusive, royalty-free right (which shall be capable of sub-licence) to store the Customer Data in the Production Environment for the purposes of providing the Hosting and Support Services and Software Services.

  • For the purposes of the Hosting and Support Services, Cardinus shall make its UK service desk available to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement.

  • If in any calendar month, Cardinus does not meet the availability target of 99.5%, the Customer will be entitled to a service credit against the next payable instalment of the Hosting and Support Services Fee, which shall be calculated as set out below.

  • Key Contacts In providing the Hosting and Support Services Cardinus will liaise only with the Customer’s IT staff and one nominated PACE User (who unless otherwise specified will be Cardinus’ main Customer contact to whom Cardinus will report matters governed by this Appendix).
