Hosting Company definition

Hosting Company means the person(s) or company(ies) employed by the Company to manage the development and the hosting of the System. These may change from time to time. At the commencement of the Contract, they are set out in Schedule 3.
Hosting Company means the third paky hosting company or any replacement from time to time selected by TrunkBBI;
Hosting Company means a person that provides services or facilities for storing or distributing content over the Internet without editorial or creative alteration of the content.

  • The Agency cannot be held accountable or responsible for any outages of services due to technical problems arising from the Hosting Company, however the Agency may assist with quickly getting website back online as quick as possible.

  • If Client has no Hosting Company, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will assist Client in securing hosting.

  • Hosting Company may upgrade and update allocated resources (collectively referred to herein as “Updates”) to the Services.

  • If Client so terminates this Supplement, then at Client’s election, Client will either (i) pay to Service Provider immediately upon cancellation an amount equal to the outstanding remaining fees payable by Client to Service Provider under this Supplement; or (ii) assume all of Service Provider’s remaining obligations under its agreements with Hosting Company providing hosting company allows such an arrangement .
