Hosting Hardware definition

Hosting Hardware means all computer and networking equipment used by the Host in the provision of the Service including, but not limited to, servers and network infrastructure;
Hosting Hardware means all computer and networking equipment used by the HOST in the provision of the SERVICE including, but not limited to, servers and network infrastructure;
Hosting Hardware. Means all computer and networking equipment used by hayman.dev in the provision of the Service including services supplied by a 3rd parties in which would be Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.

  • Please note that cancelling under this Clause 5 will result in the termination of the Service and thus the removal of Your Client Website from the Hosting Hardware.

  • We acknowledge that this is an appropriate remedy in view of Your legitimate commercial interest in Service interruption due to failure of the Hosting Hardware being avoided or minimised.

  • You may not use the Service (including, but not limited to, the Hosting Hardware and/or the Hosting Software) for any unlawful or otherwise inappropriate purposes.

  • The Client may not use the Service or any other Hosting Hardware and Hosting Software for any unlawful or otherwise inappropriate purposes.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-Clause 2.4 We may take any action necessary to diagnose and/or rectify faults in the Hosting Hardware or Hosting Software without any prior notice to You.

  • Where Service interruption due to Hosting Hardware failure cannot be remedied within 7 business days, we will transfer Your Client Website to alternative Hosting Hardware in order to restore the provision of the Service or, where this is not possible, notwithstanding sub-Clause 10.1.1, from the end of the initial 48-hour period of Service interruption, keep a record of the number of whole days of Service interruption.

  • All (i) servers and Hosting Hardware devices (as to Hosting Services not provided using Subprocessors); (ii) logical cloud resources (as to Hosting Services provided using Subprocessors); and (iii) software applications, user accounts, security devices, and technical services shall be fully audited and managed by enterprise management and notification systems.

  • Notwithstanding sub-Clause 3.1, We shall not be liable for Hosting Hardware downtime or interruptions to the Service where such downtime or interruptions last for no more than 48 hours.

  • In some other cases that are fought through to the end,after the offender has been adjudged guilty, the offenderand the Crown agree on the appropriate penalty and file a joint submission on sentencing.

  • Where Service interruption due to Hosting Hardware failure cannot be remedied within two Business Days the Host, with consent of the Client, shall endeavour to transfer the Client’s Website to alternative Hosting Hardware in order to restore the provision of the Service.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.
