Hosting Hardware definition

Hosting Hardware means all computer and networking equipment used by the Host in the provision of the Service including, but not limited to, servers and network infrastructure;
Hosting Hardware means any and all computer and networking

Examples of Hosting Hardware in a sentence

  • The Client may not use the Service or any other Hosting Hardware and Hosting Software for any unlawful or otherwise inappropriate purposes.

  • By way of clarification, and not limitation, the SI shall provide Hardware Update Proposals for all NFPS Hosting Hardware throughout the entire Technical and Software Support Period, and the SI shall install all Hardware Updates that have been approved by the MTA pursuant to Section 15.13.3 (Required MTA Approvals for Hardware Updates).

  • The SI acknowledges that: (i) it shall provide the Hosting Hardware Update Services throughout the entire Technical and Software Support Period and not only during the Hardware Warranty Period, and (ii) its provision of the Hosting Hardware Update Services shall otherwise be in compliance with the Hardware Update obligations set out in this Section 15.13 (SI Hardware Update Obligations).

  • Where Service interruption due to Hosting Hardware failure cannot be remedied within 3 Business Days the Host, with consent of the Client, shall endeavour to transfer the Client’s Website to alternative Hosting Hardware in order to restore the provision of the Service.

  • Accordingly, the SI shall provide, at its sole cost and expense, all Hardware Updates for the NFPS Hosting Hardware throughout the entire Technical and Software Support Period (the "Hosting Hardware Update Services").

  • On termination of the Service and this Agreement the Client’s Website and all related material will be removed from the Hosting Hardware.

  • The SI acknowledges that its support and maintenance of the NFPS Hosting Hardware throughout the Term are necessary for the SI's compliance with its obligation to provide the Technical and Software Support Services.

  • Whilst the Host will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the integrity and security of the Hosting Hardware, the Host does not guarantee that the Hosting Hardware will be free from unauthorised users or hackers.

  • AJI shall provide documentation of its Hardware and Collacation costs and the KK shall pay AJI for costs incurred by AJI for Hosting Hardware and Collocation fees and expenses.

  • The Client may not use the Service or any other Hosting Hardware and Software for any unlawful or otherwise inappropriate purposes.

Related to Hosting Hardware

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Computer Hardware means any computer hardware, equipment and peripherals of any kind and of any platform, including desktop and laptop personal computers, handheld computerized devices, servers, mid-range and mainframe computers, process control and distributed control systems, and all network and other communications and telecommunications equipment.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.
