Hotel Executive definition

Hotel Executive means any of the following positions at a Hotel (if applicable): the general manager, controller, director of sales or marketing, director of food and beverage, chief engineer, human resources director and director of catering for any Hotel.

  • Based on interviews conducted prior to the Take-Over Date, Manager shall cause Marriott to determine which members of the Hotel Executive Committee will not be accepted by Marriott for employment with Marriott.

  • Submanager will indemnify, defend and hold Owner, Wyndham and Primary Manager harmless from and against all claims, loss, cost, liability and damage (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and expenses, and the cost of litigation) arising from any willful or grossly negligent violation of any of Submanager's corporate policies by any member of the Hotel Executive Committee, if said claims, loss, cost, liability or damage is not insured.
