Hotel Guest Data definition

Hotel Guest Data. All guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information in any database of Seller or Manager, however obtained or derived, all of which shall be conveyed to Purchaser as provided herein, provided that Seller shall be entitled to retain a copy of all such Hotel Guest Data.
Hotel Guest Data means all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information in any database of Starwood or its Affiliates, whether obtained or derived by Starwood, Seller or their Affiliates from: (a) guests or customers of the Hotel or any facility associated with the Hotel; (b) guests or customers of any other hotel or lodging property (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by a Starwood Entity, or any facility associated with such hotels or other properties (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (c) any other sources and databases, including Starwood brand websites, Starwood central reservations database, operational data base (ODS), Starwood Preferred Guest Program, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Starwood Integrated Property System, and the STARS Direct Program.
Hotel Guest Data means all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information in any database of Radisson or its Affiliates, whether obtained or derived by Radisson, Seller or their Affiliates from: (a) guests or customers of the Hotel or any facility associated with the Hotel; (b) guests or customers of any other hotel or lodging property (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by a Radisson Entity, or any facility associated with such hotels or other properties (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (c) any other sources and databases, including Radisson brand websites and Radisson central reservations database. Examples of Hotel Guest Data in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 2.3(b), all of such books and records (other than payroll records), including, without limitation, books of accounts, Hotel Guest Data, Owner’s Materials, and front office records, at all times shall be the property of Owner.

  • Any Hotel Guest Information that Seller is prohibited from transferring to Purchaser pursuant to the Radisson Franchise Agreement, Existing Management Agreement, or Applicable Law and all Hotel Guest Data; 2.2.6.

  • During and after the Term, Manager shall retain, use and otherwise process the Hotel Guest Data in accordance with its publicly posted privacy policy, as amended from time to time.

  • Owner shall not be permitted to use the Hotel Guest Data for any purpose during the Term.

  • During the Term, subject to applicable law, Owner’s Materials (but not Hotel Guest Data) shall be immediately available for inspection by Owner upon notice to Manager at Manager’s principal business office.

  • Manager shall deliver to Corporation all of Corporation's books and records respecting the Hotel and all contracts, leases, and other documents respecting the Hotel that are not Manager's Proprietary Information, Hotel Guest Data (except to the extent contemplated in Section 2.20.1 or employee personnel files maintained by Manager and are in the custody and control of Manager, including those provided for in Section 2.4 of this Agreement.

Hotel Guest Data does not include (i) any information maintained by Manager or its affiliates or Franchisor or its affiliates in their corporate databases that is not specific to guest stays at the Hotel including, without limitation, websites, central reservation databases, operational databases and preferred guest programs of Manager or affiliates of Manager or Franchisor or affiliates of Franchisor, and (ii) any data and information collected by Manager or Franchisor the transfer or disclosure of which is prohibited or to the extent that it is restricted by applicable Laws or the Franchise Agreement.

Related to Hotel Guest Data

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).
