Hotel Guest Room means a room within a hotel licensee’s premises where sleeping accommodations are provided and offered for compensation to transients or permanent guests.

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.

  • Hotel Property for any hotel means the Real Property and the Personal Property for such hotel.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.
