Hotel Management Fee definition

Hotel Management Fee means an amount equal to three percent (3%) of revenues generated by any hotel located at the Concord Property, plus five percent (5%) of the gross operating profit, as determined based on the audited financial statements of the Company.
Hotel Management Fee means the hotel management fee (including but not limited to the base fee and the incentive fee) payable by the relevant Special Purpose Vehicle or Joint Venture Entity (as the case may be) to the relevant hotel manager under the relevant Property Management Agreement;
Hotel Management Fee means the hotel management fee (including but not limited to the base fee and the incentive fee) payable by a Special Purpose Vehicle to the relevant hotel manager under the relevant Property Management Agreement, if any;

Examples of Hotel Management Fee in a sentence

  • All operating and other costs and expenses of the Partnership determined on an accrual basis during the Fiscal Year, other than Incentive Hotel Management Fee, Investment Servicing Fee, Incentive Partnership Management Fee, and operating and other costs and expenses included in the determination of Hotel Expenses, Restaurant Lease Expenses or Debt Service.

  • Cash Receipts less payment of the (i) Project Expenses, (ii) Debt Service, (iii) Debt Service Deficiency Loan, and (iv) Incentive Hotel Management Fee for the applicable period of time.
