Hotel Names means all names or other identifications used in connection with the operation of the Hotel.

For the purposes of this Agreement, a Person shall be deemed to own subject to a Lien any property or asset which it has acquired or holds subject to the interest of a vendor or lessor under any conditional sale agreement, capital lease or other title retention agreement relating to such property or asset; (9) "Property" means (i) the Real Property; (ii) the Fixtures and Tangible Personal Property; (iii) the Operating Equipment; (iv) the Consumables; (v) the right, title and interest of the Westin Subsidiaries and their Subsidiaries in, to and under the Space Leases; (vi) the bookings; (vii) the Hotel Names; and (viii) the Documents.   • Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.
