  • If the Hotel is operated under a License Agreement, the identity of the Licensor and terms of the License Agreement shall be reasonably approved in writing by City to insure consistency of the proposed franchise with the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation, the Entitlements, Section 301.3 and the Luxury Hotel Requirements.
