paid means paid or credited as paid;
TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.
Excess Cash Payment Date means the date occurring 95 days after the last day of each Fiscal Year of Holdings (commencing with the Fiscal Year of Holdings ended December 31, 2010).
Near Real Time means that Qwest's OSS electronically receives a transaction from CLEC, automatically processes that transaction, returns the response to that transaction to CLEC in an automatic event driven manner (without manual intervention) via the interface for the OSS function in question. Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives. Current benchmarks using TCIF 98-006 averages between two (2) and four (4) seconds for the connection and an average transaction transmittal. The specific agreed metrics for Near Real Time transaction processing will be contained in the Performance Indicator Definitions (PIDs), where applicable. "Network Element" is a facility or equipment used in the provision of Telecommunications Service. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.
OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.
Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax year beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.
Semi-Annual Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Quarterly Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within 45 days of the end of a calendar quarter, the first Quarterly Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.
Central Automatic Message Accounting (CAMA) Trunk means a trunk that uses Multi-Frequency (MF) signaling to transmit calls from CLEC’s switch to an AT&T-21STATE E911 Selective Router.
Semi-Annual Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
Currency Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre of the Relevant Currency or, in the case of euros, a city in which banks in general have access to the TARGET2 System.
Distribution Period means, as to any securities or combination of securities, each period from and including a Distribution Date for such securities to but not including the next succeeding Distribution Date for such securities.
Regular Periodic Cash Dividend means cash dividends paid at regular intervals in any fiscal year of the Corporation to the extent that such cash dividends do not exceed, in the aggregate, the greatest of:
SOFR Business Day means any day except for (i) a Saturday, (ii) a Sunday or (iii) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.
Monthly Settlement Date means the 20th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
Settlement Class Period means the period from and including January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021.
allocable has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(d);
Payment Business Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in Stockholm and Frankfurt am Main and on which the Clearing System settles payments in the Issue Currency.
Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;
Distribution Time means the time at which the Distribution is effective on the Distribution Date.
CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Tax Period beginning on the day after the Distribution Date.
FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.
Quarterly Distribution means with respect to each Distribution Date, the distribution to be made to the Holders of the Up-MACRO Holding Shares that are Outstanding on the Distribution Date pursuant to priority sixth of Section 5.2(a), which shall consist of the cash on deposit in the Up-MACRO Holding Trust after it makes or receives a payment under the Income Distribution Agreement and makes all other payments or investments in Eligible Treasuries that it is required to make pursuant to such Section 5.2(a).
Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.
TARGET2 Day means a day that TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro.
