Hours Flown means: II.1. the total actual elapsed time from block-to-block or the total scheduled time from block-to-block, whichever is greater, of all flights in a trip hour period, on all scheduled and nonscheduled flights operated over routes where a published operational schedule or where a Company aircraft movement itinerary exists at the time a flight is made for the type of aircraft involved, and II.2. the total actual time from block-to-block on all miscellaneous flights in a trip hour period as such are defined in Section 2 DD., of this Agreement; and on scheduled and nonscheduled flights which are operated over routes where no published operational schedule or Company aircraft movement itinerary is in existence for the type of aircraft involved at the time the flight is made.

Examples of Hours Flown in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of the information referred to above, AVEOS shall then issue a detailed invoice reflecting: (i) the actual amount due resulting from the calculation of the actual total Flight Hours Flown during the previous calendar month multiplied by the Flight Hour Rate multiplied by the actual number of Aircraft; and (ii) the credit of the amount of the invoice paid as per the paragraph above.

  • The total Flight Hours Flown shall be reported to AVEOS’ by email or fax as advised by AVEOS or by alternate means as agreed between the Parties.

  • On or before the fifteenth (15th) Business Day of each month, VOLARIS shall report to AVEOS, Customer Invoicing group, the actual total Flight Hours Flown by each Aircraft during the previous month.

Related to Hours Flown

  • Hours worked means the time during which an employee is subject to the control of an employer, and includes all the time the employee is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Hours of Service means hours to be credited to an Employee under the following rules:

  • hours travelled means hours spent travelling from point to point on an hourly or daily basis laid down by the Employer and does not include meal breaks, lodging time, or time spent other than travelling;

  • Normal weekly hours of work means the established standard work times and number of hours in the workweek for the position or, if standard work times and number of hours have not been established for the position, the work times and average number of hours per week actually worked by the employee in that position over the most recent 3 months before the employer files the application for designation as a participating employer.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.
