House banked definition

House banked means a game in which players with winning hands are paid by the dealer with money from the chip bank on the poker table and/or by hand with money belonging to the retail licensee. In a house banked game, player's wagers will not be pulled into a common pot, nor will such a pot be awarded to players with winning hands.

  • Mortgage banker means a person who does one or more of the following:

  • Investment Banker means, with respect to an issue of Bonds, an underwriter, placement agent or structuring agent who is under contract with the Corporation and whose primary purpose is to either:

  • Interpolated Benchmark with respect to the Benchmark means the rate determined for the Corresponding Tenor by interpolating on a linear basis between: (1) the Benchmark for the longest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is shorter than the Corresponding Tenor and (2) the Benchmark for the shortest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is longer than the Corresponding Tenor.

  • Quotation Agent means the Reference Treasury Dealer appointed by the Company.

  • Central Bank Rate Spread means, with respect to any RFR Banking Day, the difference (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) (calculated by the Administrative Agent) between: (i) XXXXX for that RFR Banking Day; and (ii) the Central Bank Rate prevailing at the close of business on that RFR Banking Day.

  • Treasury Yield means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the semiannual equivalent yield to maturity of the Comparable Treasury Issue, assuming a price for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Treasury Price for such Redemption Date.

  • Telerate British Bankers Assoc. Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

  • Reference Treasury Dealers means (1) X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. government securities dealer (“Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company shall substitute another nationally recognized investment banking firm that is a Primary Treasury Dealer, and (2) at the option of the Company, additional Primary Treasury Dealers selected by the Company.

  • Interpolated Screen Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Loan denominated in any currency for any Interest Period, a rate per annum which results from interpolating on a linear basis between (a) the applicable Screen Rate for the longest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is shorter than such Interest Period and (b) the applicable Screen Rate for the shortest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is longer than such Interest Period, in each case as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Quotation Day.

  • Reference Treasury Dealer means: (1) Citigroup Global Markets Inc. or X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, and their respective successors; provided, however, that if any of the foregoing shall cease to be a primary U.S. Government securities dealer in New York City (a “Primary Treasury Dealer”), the Company will substitute for such firm another Primary Treasury Dealer; and (2) any other Primary Treasury Dealer selected by the Independent Investment Banker after consultation with the Company.

  • Reference Bank Rate means the arithmetic mean of the rates (rounded upwards to four decimal places) supplied to the Administrative Agent at its request by the Reference Banks (as the case may be) as of the applicable time on the Quotation Day for Loans in the applicable currency and the applicable Interest Period as the rate at which the relevant Reference Bank could borrow funds in the London (or other applicable) interbank market in the relevant currency and for the relevant period, were it to do so by asking for and then accepting interbank offers in reasonable market size in that currency and for that period.

  • Independent Investment Banker means one of the Reference Treasury Dealers appointed by the Company.

  • Interpolated Rate means, at any time, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the LIBO Screen Rate) determined by the Administrative Agent (which determination shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error) to be equal to the rate that results from interpolating on a linear basis between: (a) the LIBO Screen Rate for the longest period for which the LIBO Screen Rate is available) that is shorter than the Impacted Interest Period; and (b) the LIBO Screen Rate for the shortest period (for which that LIBO Screen Rate is available) that exceeds the Impacted Interest Period, in each case, at such time.

  • Reset Reference Bank Rate means, in relation to a Reset Period and the Reset Determination Date in relation to such Reset Period, the percentage rate determined on the basis of the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations provided by the Reset Reference Banks to the Agent Bank at approximately 12:00 p.m. (London time) on such Reset Determination Date. If at least three quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest). If only two quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided. If only one quotation is provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the quotation provided. If no quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate for the relevant Reset Period will be (i) in the case of each Reset Period other than the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, the 5-year Mid-Swap Rate in respect of the immediately preceding Reset Period or (ii) in the case of the Reset Period commencing on the First Reset Date, an amount equal to the Initial Interest Rate less the Margin;

  • Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate applicable to any Interest Period means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100 of 1%) by dividing (i) the applicable London Interbank Offered Rate by (ii) 1.00 minus the Euro-Dollar Reserve Percentage.

  • London Inter-Bank Offered Rate means the interest rate at which the Bank's London Branch, London, Great Britain, would offer U.S. dollar deposits for the applicable interest period to other major banks in the London inter-bank market at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) London Banking Days before the commencement of the interest period. A "London Banking Day" is a day on which the Bank's London Branch is open for business and dealing in offshore dollars.

  • Comparable Treasury Issue means the United States Treasury security selected by an Independent Investment Banker as having a maturity comparable to the remaining term of the Notes that would be utilized, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Notes.

  • Bank Bill Rate ’, for an Interest Period, means the average mid rate for Bills having a tenor closest to the Interest Period as displayed on the ‘‘BBSW’’ page of the Reuters Monitor System on the first day of that Interest Period as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Interbank Offered Rate means, for any Eurodollar Loan for any Interest Period therefor, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) appearing on Reuters Screen LIBO Page as the London interbank offered rate for deposits in Dollars at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for a term comparable to such Interest Period; provided, however, if more than one rate is specified on Reuters Screen LIBO Page, the applicable rate shall be the arithmetic mean of all such rates (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%).

  • Central Bank Rate has the meaning given to that term in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.

  • Applicable Treasury Rate means the weekly average for each Business Day during the most recent week that has ended at least two Business Days prior to the redemption date of the yield to maturity at the time of computation of United States Treasury securities with a constant maturity (as compiled and published in the most recent Federal Reserve Statistical Release H. 15 (or, if such statistical release is not so published or available, any publicly available source of similar market data selected by the Company in good faith)) most nearly equal to the period from the redemption date to May 1, 2022; provided, however, that if the period from the redemption date to May 1, 2022 is not equal to the constant maturity of a United States Treasury security for which a yield is given, the Applicable Treasury Rate shall be obtained by linear interpolation (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth of a year) from the yields of United States Treasury securities for which such yields are given, except that if the period from the redemption date to such applicable date is less than one year, the weekly average yield on actually traded United States Treasury securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year shall be used.

  • Interbank Rate means, for any period, (a) in respect of Loans denominated in Dollars, the Federal Funds Effective Rate and (b) in respect of Loans denominated in any other currency, the Agent’s cost of funds for such currency (as reasonably determined by the Agent) for such period.

  • Quotation Date means, in relation to any Interest Period (or any other period for which an interest rate is to be determined under any provision of a Finance Document), the day on which quotations would ordinarily be given by leading banks in the London Interbank Market for deposits in the currency in relation to which such rate is to be determined for delivery on the first day of that Interest Period or other period;

  • London Interbank Offered Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • U.S. Treasury Bill Rate on any date means (i) the Interest Equivalent of the rate on the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as such rate is made available on a discount basis or otherwise by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its Composite 3:30 P.M. Quotations for U.S. Government Securities report for such Business Day, or (ii) if such yield as so calculated is not available, the Alternate Treasury Bill Rate on such date. "Alternate Treasury Bill Rate" on any date means the Interest Equivalent of the yield as calculated by reference to the arithmetic average of the bid price quotations of the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as determined by bid price quotations as of any time on the Business Day immediately preceding such date, obtained from at least three recognized primary U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Auction Agent.
