House Position Account definition

House Position Account means an Account opened by EuroCCP in the name of the Clearing Participant, for registration of Trade Legs held for the account of the Clearing Participant. Depending on the position netting attribute specified for an Account, each Open Position in a relevant sub-account is recorded as (a) a single net value, being either a net Buy value or a net Sell value, or (b) two net values, being a net Buy value and a net Sell value;
House Position Account means an Account opened by Cboe Clear in the name of the Clearing Participant, for registration of Trade Legs held for the account of the Clearing Participant;
House Position Account means the Position Account for the registration of Positions held by the Clearing Participant for its own account.

Examples of House Position Account in a sentence

  • Each Clearing Member has its intra-day Variation Margin limit (“lntra-day VM Limit”) which is the threshold level at which a Routine Intra-day VM Call will be triggered in respect of such Clearing Member’s Contracts recorded to its House Position Account only (for the avoidance of doubt, no Routine Intra-day VM Call shall be made in respect of any Client Position Account(s)).

  • Where a Clearing Member participates in more than one Default Fund, a separate House Position Account will be established for each Relevant Transaction Type.

  • The transaction will be flagged as “WAIT_MARGIN”, “LIMIT_FAILED” or “PROCESSING” in the “OTC Clear Trade Report (Report Number TDRP03, TDRP04 or TDRP12)” in relation to any House Position Account or “OTC Clear Trade Report for Client (Report Number TDRP03_C, TDRP04_C or TDRP12_C)” in relation to any Client Position Account.

  • Each SM/AM Default Fund Account shall be linked to the relevant Sponsored Member's House Position Account linked to the Agent Member and the relevant Default Fund, and shall register the Contributions posted by the Agent Member in connection with the Open Positions of the relevant Sponsored Member exclusively.

  • The transaction will be flagged as “REJECTED” in the “OTC Clear Trade Report (Report Number TDRP05, TDRP06 or TDRP13)” in relation to any House Position Account or “OTC Clear Trade Report for Client (Report Number TDRP05_C, TDRP06_C or TDRP13_C)” in relation to any Client Position Account.

  • A unique trade identification number will be assigned to each such Contract, and such trade identification number will be published in the “OTC Clear Trade Report (Report Number TDRP01 or TDRP02)” in relation to any House Position Account or “OTC Clear Trade Report for Client (Report Number TDRP01_C or TDRP02_C)” in relation to any Client Position Account.

  • For a Clearing Participant, this SFI account maintained at Cboe Clear can be a sub account of the House Position Account.

  • The transaction will be flagged as “WAIT_MARGIN”, “LIMIT_FAILED” or “PROCESSING” in the “OTC Clear Trade Report (Report Number TDRP03 or TDRP04)” in relation to any House Position Account or “OTC Clear Trade Report for Client (Report Number TDRP03_C or TDRP04_C)” in relation to any Client Position Account.

  • The results of the registration will be communicated to the relevant Approved Trade Registration System and/or indicated in the “OTC Clear Trade Report (Report Number TDRP01, TDRP02, TDRP03, TDRP04, TDRP05 or TDRP06)” in relation to any House Position Account or “OTC Clear Trade Report for Client (Report Number TDRP01_C, TDRP02_C, TDRP03_C, TDRP04_C, TDRP05_C or TDRP06_C)” in relation to any Client Position Account.

  • The transaction will be flagged as “REJECTED” in the “OTC Clear Trade Report (Report Number TDRP05 or TDRP06)” in relation to any House Position Account or “OTC Clear Trade Report for Client (Report Number TDRP05_C or TDRP06_C)” in relation to any Client Position Account.

Related to House Position Account

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.
