Household Textiles definition

Household Textiles means residential and personal use cloth and other fabric materials and things, including, without limitation, clothing, footwear, household linens, curtains, backpacks, purses, and personal carrying bags;
Household Textiles means residential and personal use textiles and textile-like things, such as clothing, footwear, household linens, curtains, backpacks and similar personal use carrying bags made of natural and/or synthetic woven fabrics and/or other materials such as leather or rubber and as otherwise described in the Contract Documents;

  • Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling. Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • Specialty coating means a coating that, even though the coating meets the definition of a primer, topcoat, or self-priming topcoat, has additional performance criteria beyond those of primers, topcoats, and self-priming topcoats for specific applications. These performance criteria may include, but are not limited to, temperature or fire resistance, substrate compatibility, antireflection, temporary protection or marking, sealing, adhesively joining substrates, or enhanced corrosion protection. A listing of specialty coatings is found in paragraph (D)(1)(b) of rule 3745-21-19 of the Administrative Code.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
