Housing Complex definition

Housing Complex means the [insert number of housing units and type of housing complex, e.g. twenty-two (22) unit residential apartment building] and related structures to be constructed or rehabilitated on the Land in accordance with this Agreement, or once it has been so constructed or rehabilitated, as the context may require;
Housing Complex means the residential building or buildings, areas designated for use by residents, and grounds leading to and from the building(s) and/or designated areas.
Housing Complex means group of dwelling units on a site which is permanently in “common enjoyment” and may include a block of flats;

  • The Allottee is also notified that the Promoter may at any subsequent period undertake development of a separate Complex on land which is adjacent but not part of this Housing Complex and in that case the Promoter may decide to provide for a passage way across this Housing Complex and for this purpose the Promoter shall enter into an irrevocable License deed with the Owners of the Adjoining land which shall be perpetually binding upon the Apartment Owners of this Housing Complex and their Association .

  • Each Phase / Project out of the Housing Complex will form its own Association .

  • Insurance premium, if incurred for insurance of the Housing Complex / Towers, including the title to the land, and also otherwise for insuring the same against earthquake, damages, fire, lightning, mob, violence, civil commotion (and other risks, if insured).

  • Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottees has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Apartment bears to the total carpet area of all the Apartments in the project/ Housing Complex/ Future Extensions..

  • Since the entire Housing Complex will be developed project-wise/phase-wise the description and location of the Common areas /amenities pertaining to the entire Housing Complex may change but so far as this phase is concerned no change will take place and facilities will not be curtailed and will be timely delivered.

  • All or any dispute arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties including those relating to common purposes of the Housing Complex,, shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act.

  • EXPENSES shall mean and include all expenses for the maintenance, management, upkeep and administration of the Common Areas and Installations and for rendition of services in common to the Co-owners/Co-Lessees and all other expenses for the common purposes to be contributed borne paid and shared by the Co-owners/Co-Lessees of the entire Housing Complex including those mentioned in SCHEDULE- L hereto.

Housing Complex means multiple dwelling units as apartment blocks/ flat and number of such multistoried buildings within any specific compound constructed or developed by any person including promoter or developer or any co-operative society in a vacant land or by demolishing any premises.

Related to Housing Complex

  • Housing Credit means the tax credit issued in exchange for the development of rental housing pursuant to the following:

  • Housing development as used in this section, means a development project for five or more residential units, including mixed-use developments. For the purposes of this section, “housing development” also includes a subdivision or common interest development, as defined in Section 4100 of the Civil Code, approved by a city, county, or city and county and consists of residential units or unimproved residential lots and either a project to substantially rehabilitate and convert an existing commercial building to residential use or the substantial rehabilitation of an existing multifamily dwelling, as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 65863.4, where the result of the rehabilitation would be a net increase in available residential units. For the purpose of calculating a density bonus, the residential units shall be on contiguous sites that are the subject of one development application, but do not have to be based upon individual subdivision maps or parcels. The density bonus shall be permitted in geographic areas of the housing development other than the areas where the units for the lower income households are located.
