Housing Consultant means a person or firm of engineers, architects, accountants or financial consultants of recognized regional standing in connection with matters relating to the financial condition of multi-family or student housing projects included within the Housing System, selected by the Issuer.

  • The Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, through its standard procurement practices, through the Trust, shall contract with a suitable RHC to provide the housing administrative services to all the participating Municipalities and Devens as described in Section IV: “Project Overview, Scope of Work, & Deliverables” (p.8-15) of the Request for Proposals for MAGIC Regional Housing Consultant Services (“RFP”) issued publicly on April 20, 2020 , a copy of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A and incorporated herein.
