Housing Fees definition

Housing Fees means the housing fees applicable to your accommodation, as published by Housing Operations from time to time at https://ufv.ca/housing/incoming-students/fee-information/ but does not include the cost of a meal plan (if any).
Housing Fees means the Student Housing fees payable by you to BCIT’s Housing Office in connection with your room as set out in your Housing Offer, or otherwise payable by you to BCIT pursuant to this License Agreement including, but not limited to, costs associated extensions of the Contract Term, charges to your student account and any other amounts owed by you to BCIT as a result of a breach by you of this License Agreement or the Student Housing Handbook;

Townhouse or Waring Commons apartment residents may select any meal plan but are not required to purchase a meal plan. Students living in residence halls or suites that do not select a meal plan will be assigned the Silver Plan. The plans listed below are for the full academic year. Divide the guest passes, Dining Dollars, and the fees in half to get the semester values. *Final rates for 2018-2019 academic year are subject to change, any increase in the annual fees that are approved by the SMCM Board of Trustees will apply. If this contract is used for the 2019–2020 academic year, any increase in the annual fees that are approved by the SMCM Board of Trustees will apply.

  • If Resident does not pay the Housing Fee by the later of (i) the date Resident signs this Agreement or (ii) the date for payment of Housing Fees for the semester (as set by college), Provider may cancel this Agreement, remove Resident from the Residence Facility, and avail itself of any other remedies available at law or equity.

Housing Fees. Except as provided in the following sentence, the housing fees for the Premises are set on a semester basis representing a cumulative ten-month term. The housing fees for graduate housing at Georgia Regents University are on a twelve-month term. The housing agreement will be between the Concessionaire and the student and will reflect this ten- month term.
