If Resident does not pay the Housing Fee by the later of (i) the date Resident signs this Agreement or (ii) the date for payment of Housing Fees for the semester (as set by college), Provider may cancel this Agreement, remove Resident from the Residence Facility, and avail itself of any other remedies available at law or equity.
It is agreed that there shall be no reduction of the Housing Fees or any other compensation for, or on account of, any loss, damage, inconvenience or discomfort arising from the interruption or curtailment howsoever caused, of any accommodation, facility, or service agreed to be furnished by the University.
Students who are evicted from College housing are not entitled to any refund of Housing Fees.
Upon taking occupancy, this application fee will be credited towards the Resident’s total Housing Fees balance.
