  • Housing rules and regulations appearing in the most recent Student Code of Conduct and Honor Code, University Housing Handbook or revisions as may be periodically instituted by University Housing are made a part of this agreement.

  • Violations of any of the provisions in this contract or those outlined in The Student Code of Conduct and Honor Code, The University Housing Handbook, or any other official university policies will be considered a violation of the contract and grounds for removal from university housing.

  • Changes of room assignments are permitted according to the guidelines outlined in the University Housing Handbook.

  • By entering this Contract, you certify that you have read all the terms and conditions of this Contract and of the Housing Handbook and agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract.

  • If the student has occupied the assigned space and the request for termination has been approved, he/she must follow proper check-out procedures published in the University Housing Handbook.

  • In the event of any conflict between or among the terms of the following, the following order of precedence shall prevail: (1) this Contract; (2) the Student Code of Conduct; (3) the Housing Handbook; and (4) all other University policies.

  • Resident agrees to follow all Check-In, Check-Out, and cancellation processes set forth in this Contract and in the Housing Handbook.

  • Housing Provider means, with respect to a HOME Development, Local Government, consortia approved by HUD under 24 CFR Part 92, for-profit and Non-Profit Developers, and qualified CHDOs, with demonstrated capacity to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing.

  • Housing Services means the active search and promotion of indi- vidual access to, and choice in, safe and affordable housing that is appropriate to the person's age, culture, and needs.

  • Affordable housing program(s means any mechanism in a municipal Fair Share Plan prepared or implemented to address a municipality’s fair share obligation.

  • Handbook means the Handbook of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, as amended from time to time;

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Housing means residential housing including dwellings and other forms of residential accommodation;

The Housing Specialist is also responsible for assisting Participants with applications to low- income housing, housing subsidies, senior housing, etc.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Code of Conduct means an agreement or set of rules not imposed by law, regulation or administrative provision of a Member State which defines the behaviour of traders who undertake to be bound by the code in relation to one or more particular commercial practices or business sectors;

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Apprenticeship Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and the person employed as an apprentice, and his/her parent or guardian if he/she is a minor, which agreement or indenture shall be reviewed by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee, approved by the Supervisor of Apprentices and registered with the Registration Agency.
