Housing Needs definition
Housing Needs means the land within the Community, or majority interest therein, necessary for the Community to provide permanent shelter for enrolled members.

Related to Housing Needs
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Department means the department of human services.
Property means any interest in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.
Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Term Distribution Date" shall mean the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
