Housing Service definition

Housing Service means repairs, maintenance, painting, providing light, hot and cold water, elevator service, window shades and screens, storage, kitchen, bath and laundry facilities and privileges, janitor services, pest control services, access to exterior doors, entry systems, and gates, utilities that are paid by the Owner, refuse removal, furnishings, telephone, parking, the right to have a specified number of occupants, the right to have pets, and any other benefit, privilege or facility connected with the use or occupancy of any Residential Rental Unit. Housing Services to a Residential Rental Unit shall include a proportionate part of services provided to common facilities of the building in which the Residential Rental Unit is contained.
Housing Service means a service or facility provided by the Mobile Home Park Owner related to the use or occupancy of a Mobile Home Space, which is neither a Capital Improvement nor a Substantial Rehabilitation. “Housing Service” includes, but is not limited to, repairs (including street repairs), replacement, maintenance, landscaping, painting, lighting, heat, water, utilities, laundry facilities, refuse removal, recreational and meeting facilities, parking, security service, and employee services.
Housing Service means services provided by the Owner to the Tenant in connection with the use and occupancy of a Residential Rental Unit, either pursuant to contract or as required by law, including repairs, maintenance, and painting; providing light, heat, hot and cold water; window shades and screens; storage; kitchen, bath, and laundry facilities and privileges; janitor services; pest control; elevator service; access to exterior doors, entry systems, and gates; utility charges that are paid by the Owner; refuse removal; furnishings; parking; the right to have a specified number of occupants, and any other benefit, privilege, or facility connected with the use or occupancy of any Residential Rental Unit. Housing Services also includes the proportionate part of services provided to common facilities of the building in which the Residential Rental Unit is located.
