HPE Authorized Partner definition

HPE Authorized Partner means a partner that has a valid HPE Partner Agreement, meets and accepts HPE partner program requirements and/or, in case of distributors and solution providers, fulfills the HPE selective distribution criteria as specified on the HPE Partner Portal or in the Product Exhibits.

Examples of HPE Authorized Partner in a sentence

  • The Addendum together with any applicable Program Guides, Program Terms and Conditions, or Transaction Documents governs: (i) the nature and scope of the partner’s authorization and roles and responsibilities as a HPE non-exclusive solution provider (“Solution Provider”); and (ii) the terms on which the partner as a Solution Provider may purchase Products and Support indirectly from a HPE Authorized Partner for resale in the Territory.

  • The nature and scope of your authorization(s) is detailed in the Addendum or Addenda hereto that describe(s) your roles and responsibilities as an HPE Authorized Partner (“HPE Partner Authorization Addendum”).

  • Solution Provider shall not directly or indirectly resell Products or Support within the Territory if: (i) the Products or Support have not been acquired directly from HPE or from a HPE Authorized Partner; or (ii) Solution Provider knows, or has reason to believe, that the purchaser (or any third party) will export or import Products for resale to/into a country outside of the Territory.

  • The terms and pricing of this Agreement are in effect and separate from any additional terms and conditions, fees or markups resulting from the Eligible Participant separate fulfillment/installation agreement (“Supplemental Agreement”) with that HPE Authorized Partner.

  • Eligible Participants may have their own order fulfillment/installation agreements with an HPE Authorized Partner.
