Examples of HPE Group in a sentence

  • In order to perform the services under this Agreement, HPE reserves the right to subcontract, either wholly or partially, any service to other companies belonging to HPE Group, and/or to any other third party.

  • This inter-company agreement constitutes the binding agreement and commitment of the signatories in relation to the transfer and processing of Customer Personal Data in respect of the HPE Services within the HPE Group (the “Agreement”).
