HSD Service definition

HSD Service and "High Speed Data Service" means our broadband Internet service (including when distributed over an in-home wi-fi network) and wireless data services (including our out-of-home wi-fi service).
HSD Service and “High Speed Data Service” mean the online content, features, functions and Services (which may include Internet access) of the ISP or OLP selected by me, as provided over Wave Broadband’s cable systems.
HSD Service shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.02(c).

  • For example, our out-of-the home wi-fi service may not provide the same Throughput Rate that our in-home HSD Service provides and our out-of-home Video Services may provide fewer channels than our in-home Video Services.

HSD Service shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.02(c). “HSR Act” means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
