A copy of our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manual was previously provided.
Company agrees to provide Authority with timely notice, in accordance with the notification procedures in the HSE Manual, of any formal or informal communication(s) with any Governmental Authority regarding health or safety matters in relation to the Services.
The HSE Manual may be amended, from time to time, by the Parties.
The Purchaser shall retain the books and records of the Company Group for the period ending seven (7) years after the Closing Date.

We have moral and legal responsibility for the protection of Health, maintenance of Safety and conservation of Environment as stipulated in our HSE Manual and Client’s Construction Safety Manuals, Royal Commission rules and Saudi Government laws.
