HSP2 definition

HSP2 means RGC’s Second Health Strategic Plan 2008-15, a policy framework document that sets out the long-term broad vision guiding the development of the Cambodian health sector, including capacity development and resource allocation.
HSP2 means the Recipient’s Health Strategy Plan 2008-15 which serves as the guiding framework for key decisions in the health sector, and is to be implemented according to the 3YRP.

  • The Additional Event of Suspension consists of the following, namely, that a situation has arisen which shall make it improbable that the Program, or a significant part thereof, can be carried out in accordance with HSP2.

  • The aim of HSP2 is to ensure access to equitable, quality health care for all people of Cambodia through targeting resources, especially to the poor and to areas in greatest need.
