HSR Filing means filings by PFIZER and PSIVIDA with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice of a Notification and Report Form for Certain Mergers and Acquisitions (as that term is defined in the HSR Act) with respect to the matters set forth in this Agreement, together with all required documentary attachments thereto.

Examples of HSR Filing in a sentence

  • Each Party will be responsible for its own costs and expenses (other than filing fees, which CRISPR will pay) associated with any HSR Filing.

  • The Partnership Parties shall cooperate with one another to the extent necessary in the preparation of any such HSR Filing.
