Licensor and Novartis will each use [***] to promptly obtain the expiration or termination of the HSR waiting period as it relates to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and will keep each other apprised of the status of any communications with, and any inquiries or requests for additional information from, the FTC or DOJ and will comply promptly with any such inquiry or request.
