HSR Filings means the filings by BN and BMS with the FTC and the Antitrust Division of the DOJ of a Notification and Report Form for Certain Mergers and Acquisitions (as that term is defined in the HSR Act) with respect to the matters set forth in this Agreement, together with all required documentary attachments thereto.

HSR Filings means the filings by the Parties with the FTC and the DOJ of their respective premerger notification and report forms with respect to the matters set forth in this Agreement and the Collaboration Agreement, together with all required documentary attachments thereto.
