HUB Program definition

HUB Program means the program designed by TxDOT for utilization of HUBs.
HUB Program means the State of Texas HUB Program of the Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. TPASS certifies HUB-eligible applicant suppliers and maintains a list of HUB-certified suppliers for Texas state agencies and governmental entities.

  • You must notify the HUB Program in writing of any changes affecting your company’s compliance with the HUB eligibility requirements, including changes in ownership, day-to-day management, control and/or principal place of business.

  • If there are any changes regarding the information (i.e., business structure, ownership, day-to-day management, operational control, business location) provided in the submission of the business’ application for registration/certification as a HUB, you must immediately (within 30 days of such changes) notify the HUB Program in writing.

  • Failure to carry out the requirements set forth above shall constitute a breach of contract and may result in a letter of reprimand; in termination of the contract by the Department; in a deduction from money due or to become due to the Provider, not as a penalty but as damages to the Department’s HUB Program; or such other remedy or remedies as the Department deems appropriate.

  • PSP shall provide the HUB Program of TFC with pertinent details of any participation by a HUB in fulfilling the duties and obligations arising under an Assignment, on the HUB Subcontracting Plan Progress Assessment Report (“PAR”).

Related to HUB Program
