HUD Requirements definition

HUD Requirements means the CNI legal requirements as evidenced by the CNI grant agreement and funding agreement and any associated HUD requirements, Public Housing, Project Based Section 8 and Rental Assistance Demonstration program legal requirements, as applicable.
HUD Requirements means the requirements, to the extent applicable, listed in the form included as Exhibit K of Part I of Exhibits, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
HUD Requirements means, collectively, the RAD Requirements and the PBV Requirements, as applicable.

  • Contractor agrees to comply with all relevant HUD Requirements, including those set forth in the General Conditions for Non-Construction Contracts, Form HUD-5370-C (01/2014), attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated as if fully set forth herein.

  • Borrower represents and warrants that to the best of Borrower’s knowledge the HUD Requirements impose no requirements which may be inconsistent with full compliance with the Restrictive Covenants.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, it is not the intent of any of the parties hereto to cause a recapture of the Low Income Housing Tax Credits or any portion thereof related to any potential conflicts between the HUD Requirements and the Restrictive Covenants.

  • It is the primary responsibility of the Borrower, with advice of counsel, to determine that it will be able to comply with the HUD Requirements and its obligations under the Restrictive Covenants.

  • The Lessee agrees to procure and maintain, or cause to be procured and maintained, the insurance coverage required pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents and/or applicable HUD Requirements, including HUD Notices H 04-01 and H 04-15.

  • In the event an apparent conflict between the HUD Requirements and the Restrictive Covenant arises, the parties and HUD will work in good faith to determine which federally imposed requirement is controlling.


More Definitions of HUD Requirements

HUD Requirements means HUD requirements for the Section 8 programs. HUD requirements are issued by HUD headquarters as regulations. Federal Register notices or other binding program directives.

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.15.

  • Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Eligibility Requirements means, with respect to any Person, that such Person has at least $200,000,000 in capital/statutory surplus or shareholders’ equity (except with respect to a pension advisory firm or similar fiduciary) and at least $600,000,000 in total assets (in name or under management), and is regularly engaged in the business of making or owning commercial real estate loans (or interests therein), mezzanine loans (or interests therein) or commercial loans (or interests therein) similar to the Mortgage Loan.
