Humanitarian Organization definition

Humanitarian Organization means any governmental agency, non- governmental agency or other not-for-profit organization that has as one of its bona fide missions to address the public health needs of underserved populations on a not-for-profit basis. For clarity, Humanitarian Organizations do not include non-governmental agencies and not-for-profit organizations that are formed or established for the benefit of any for-profit entity.
Humanitarian Organization means international organizations and foreign and local non-governmental organizations of which purpose are to provide medical and social assistance to those who are poor and do not receive social security benefits, and natural and other disaster survivors, and alleviate the consequences of natural disaster and other extraordinary circumstances;
