HVAC System definition

HVAC System is defined in Section 6.10(a)(v).
HVAC System. The Building System designed to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
HVAC System means the system or systems that provide, either collectively or individually, heating, ventilation, or air conditioning to a building, including the equipment, distribution network, and terminals.

Examples of HVAC System in a sentence

  • Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord and shall abide by the rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC System.

  • Landlord shall not be responsible if the HVAC System fails to provide cooled or heated air, as the case may be, to the Premises in accordance with the Design Standards by reason of (i) any equipment installed by, for or on behalf of Tenant, which has an electrical load in excess of the average electrical load and human occupancy factors for the HVAC System as designed, or (ii) any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by, for or on behalf of Tenant.

  • Tenant at all times shall cooperate fully with Landlord and shall abide by the rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC System.

  • Tenant shall cooperate fully with Landlord at all times and abide by all regulations and requirements that Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the BB HVAC System.

  • At least 14 days before the end of the Term, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a certificate from an engineer reasonably acceptable to Landlord certifying that the hot water equipment and the HVAC System are then in good repair and working order.


More Definitions of HVAC System

HVAC System means heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
HVAC System means the Building Systems providing HVAC.
HVAC System means all heating ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment inside or exclusively serving the Premises.

HVAC System means the collective components of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system including, but not limited to, filters and frames, cooling coil condensate drip pans and drainage piping, outside air dampers and actuators, humidifiers, air distribution ductwork, automatic temperature controls, and cooling towers.
HVAC System means the collective components of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.
