HVAC System definition

HVAC System is defined in Section 6.10(a)(v).
HVAC System. The Building System designed to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
HVAC System means the heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, and all component parts of such systems, installed by Landlord for the purpose of supplying ventilation, heat and/or cooling to the Premises, excluding any supplemental units servicing the Premises in whole or part.

  • Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord and shall abide by the rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC System.
