Hydropower Bifurcation definition

Hydropower Bifurcation means and include both of the two currently installed 90-inch diameter by 90-inch diameter by 66-inch diameter wyes with 66-inch diameter turnouts terminating in welded pressure domes for future Hydroelectric Facility connections along the Delivery Manifold from the North Outlet Works at Pueblo Dam (commonly referred to as SDS Work Package 1B connection to Pueblo Dam).
