Hypothetical Transactions means such transactions as the Calculation Agent determines would be undertaken, or such investments in Funds as would be made, by a Hypothetical Investor that used its reasonable endeavours to manage a Hypothetical Investor Portfolio in order to hedge the obligations of the Issuer under the Securities.
