All of such costs constitute Costs for which the I-Bank is authorized to make Loans to the Borrower pursuant to the Act and the Regulations.
The Borrower shall on demand pay to the I-Bank or the Trustee the reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and other reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, the reasonably allocated costs of in-house counsel and legal staff) incurred by either of them in the collection of I-Bank Bond Loan Repayments or any other sum due hereunder or in the enforcement of the observation or performance of any other duties, covenants, obligations or agreements of the Borrower upon an Event of Default.
This Loan Agreement is executed, among other reasons, to induce the purchase of the I-Bank Bonds.
The Borrower hereby agrees to borrow and accept the Loan from the I-Bank upon the terms set forth in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This Loan Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the I-Bank and the Borrower and their respective successors and assigns.
