IAT Accepted Coverage Meter List definition
IAT Accepted Coverage Meter List means a list of meters described by a propagation study agreed to by both parties, of which an Available Meter would be expected to regularly communicate with the network. The IAT Accepted Coverage Meter List will consist of meters identified by the propagation study where signal strength is predicted from at least two collectors to be -112 dBm or greater. In the case where multiple propagation studies have been published and agreed to, the parties shall clearly state which version of the propagation study and associated list of meters shall be used.
