IAT Entry definition

IAT Entry means an “IAT Entry” as defined in the Rules.
IAT Entry refers to any debit or credit entry that is part of a payment transaction originating from or transmitted to an office of a financial agency located outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
IAT Entry means an "International ACH Transaction Entry" as defined in the Rules.

  • You acknowledge that we may be required to place an indefinite hold on the funds covered by the IAT Entry if the IAT Entry is required to be terminated under the OFAC Rules.

  • In the event an IAT Entry is delayed or terminated, we will provide you such notice as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.

  • In the event an IAT Entry is delayed or terminated, we will provide Account holder such notice as may be required by the NACHA Rules, OFAC Rules, or other applicable laws and regulations.

  • Further, Company agrees that the origination of an IAT Entry must comply with the authorization requirements of the receiving country when such authorization is required by the laws or payment system rules of the receiving country.

  • The settlement of such an IAT Entry may be delayed or suspended pending the Credit Union's review of the IAT Entry, and may be terminated under applicable OFAC Rules.

  • You understand that in the event of an International ACH Transaction ("IAT") Entry that is transmitted to or from any one of your accounts is identified and designated by the Credit Union's screening criteria for review and examination under the OFAC Rules and Regulations ("OFAC Rules").

  • In the event an IAT Entry is delayed or terminated, we will provide you with such notice as may be required by the Rules, OFAC Rules, or other applicable laws and regulations.

  • Disconnect means the disabling of circuitry preventing both outgoing and incoming communications.

  • Certificate Owner With respect to a Book-Entry Certificate, the Person who is the beneficial owner of such Book-Entry Certificate.

  • CT gantry means the tube housing assemblies, beam-limiting devices, detectors, and the supporting structures and frames which hold these components.

  • Deep sedation means a drug-induced depression of consciousness during which patients cannot be easily aroused but respond purposefully following repeated or painful stimulation. The ability to independently maintain ventilatory function may be impaired. Patients may require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and spontaneous ventilation may be inadequate.   • Cash Management Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Lenders, (i) approving and authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing cash management system, (ii) authorizing and directing banks and financial institutions to honor and process checks and transfers, (iii) authorizing continued use of intercompany transactions, (iv) waiving requirements of Section 345(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and (v) authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing bank accounts and existing business forms.

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;
