IAT Entry definition

IAT Entry means an “IAT Entry” as defined in the Rules.
IAT Entry refers to any debit or credit entry that is part of a payment transaction originating from or transmitted to an office of a financial agency located outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
IAT Entry means an "International ACH Transaction Entry" as defined in the Rules.

  • You acknowledge that we may be required to place an indefinite hold on the funds covered by the IAT Entry if the IAT Entry is required to be terminated under the OFAC Rules.
